[fixed/closed]Phantatog abilities give errors and no +1/+1

When you activate any of Phantatog abilities,they go on stack and then you get a dump error and none ability resolves no +1/+1 to Phantatog.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Phantatog
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Both abilities resolve without errors and give +1/+1 to Phantatog.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
