Describe the Bug:
Skeletal Scrying doesn't exile cards from the graveyard.The draw/lose life part works.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Skeletal Scrying exiles x cards as part of the casting cost.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Confirmed in your save game when cast by AI. But in both your save and a clean game it exiles correctly when cast by human player.

Well, I've redone the code in a way similar to Delve in 2003c0c, so it should work as intended now.
