Describe the Bug:
When casting Hibernation, if Painter's Servant with Green option is in the bf, only Painter's Servant will be put in owner's hand.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When casting Hibernation, if Painter's Servant with Green option is in the bf, all permanents are put into their owner's hand.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I suspect the game is starting by owner's creature because I put several Painter's Servant with Green in play and they are all back to hand but nothing else

Exactly as you say Hibernation begins to return to hand owners creatures so Painter's Servant,too,as a result Painter's Servant effect stops being active and then Hibernation will return back only originally green permanent back to hands.

It was a global bug, it's fixed in e7f27dc
