2nd creature targeted does not get exiled.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
both creatures should be exiled.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It seems to have the same issue with some other cards with more than 1 target:
You can select correctly all targets allowed but then it will target that many times only the first selected target.

Other bugs are probably card-specific.
