[fixed/closed]AI doesn't play Intervention Pact

Describe the Bug:
AI doesn't play Intervention Pact even when it has loads of mana and will loose the game by a source saw this in several games.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Intervention Pact - AI part

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

No BAgate,at least the red is working fine for AI.

This has been fixed at a point, now closed.
