Describe the Bug:
Tormenting Voice can be cast when you have no other card in hand to discard.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Tormenting Voice

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Tormenting Voice can't be cast when you have no other card in hand to discard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
