Describe the Bug:
Silence does not prevent opponent to cast spells

Which card did behave improperly ?
Silence

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Silence do prevent opponent to cast spells

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
