[fixed/closed]Wake the Dead effect forever & deals x damage

1- Wake the Dead effect doesn't last until the beginning of next end step but forever so no sacrifice happens either.
2- It deals x damage to owner.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Wake the Dead effect lasts until the beginning of next end step and creatures waken up get sacrificed.
2- Wake the Dead no damage involved.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
