Describe the Bug:
Knacksaw Clique ability doesn't play the exiled card but a copy of it as a result the original is still in the graveyard.
Also the one you play is owned by you (so if you bounce it,it will go to your hand,library or if it dies to your graveyard).

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Knacksaw Clique plays the exiled card doesn't copy it so it no longer exists in exile and the owner of the exiled card remains the opponent.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I can't understand Bug 1: you mean the card remains in opponent's exile zone ?
Bug 2 was a global one and it's fixed in d18066a

Yes,it does.
