Describe the Bug:
Nissa Revane's ultimate can't be stopped until you select all elves in your library.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You can select any number of elves from your library, from 0 to as many as there are.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In fact even if you select all elves you have in the library it will still ask you for more.
Only way out close program from task manager.
