Describe the Bug:
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's burn ability doesn't cause the opponent to lose life.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should cause opponent to lose life

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
