If the creature targeted by Garruk Relentless's deal-3-get-dealt-power ability leaves play before the ability resolves, Garruk still gets dealt damage.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The ability should fizzle due to having no targets, and Garruk should not lose counters.
