[fixed/closed]Disturbing Plot opens wrong gy

Disturbing Plot if I don't have a creature on my gy and there are creatures only in opponents gy it will open mine gy instead of opponents.(it works fine if I only have a creature on gy).
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
