Sultai Runemark gives no deathtouch even if controller own blue or green permanent.

Not an icon issue because Deadly Allure works and show icon.

All five (Abzan Runemark, Jeskai Runemark, Sultai Runemark, Mardu Runemark, Temur Runemark) fixed b61773f.

Abzan and Sultai still don't work.

Actually caused by a second bug - the one I fixed made all five runemarks only look at one of the colors they're interested in; this one made all five try to give their non-Microprose keyworded abilities to the enchantment instead of the enchantee. (Since the cards are never queried for anything except their enchantee, this fails, hence no deathtouch/vigilance icons on the runemarks.) Fixed in e971402.
