Describe the Bug:
Winds of Qal Sisma ferocious ability doesn't work, doesn't prevent combat damage made by creatures opponent controls if I control a creature with power 4 or greater.The card always prevents all combat damage.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Ferocious doesn't work, but for me it caused no damage to be prevented.

What do you mean?

I attacked with an Alpha Tyrranax (power >4) and it was blocked by an Alpha Tyrranax, I cast Winds of Qal Sisma and both creatures died.

You are correct either it prevents all combat damage if you don't control a creature with power >4. = correct
Or it doesn't prevent combat damage at all if you have a creature with power >4 (ferocious) = bug

There was a global bug in the "fog" function, so probably other cards which prevents all combat damage dealt to a specific player were bugged too.
