Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ugin's Construct can sac only colored permanent
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Tested with City of Brass (generate colored mana but not a colored permanent), Ugin's Construct (colorless artifact) and Mishra's Workshop (colorless land).
