[fixed/closed]Fascination draws only for owner & gets exiled

1- AI played Fascination for 5 and only AI drew 5 cards.
2- Fascination was exiled.
3- If you select mill top cards it only mills opponent.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Fascination
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Fascination each player draws x cards.
2- Fascination goes to graveyard.
3- It mills for x each player's top cards from library.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
