[fixed/cl]Ruthless Instincts messed menus,prompts,abilities.

1- Ruthless Instincts when a creature is attacking yours/or opponents doesn't matter,always asks to target a non-attacking creature and finds the target illegal=attacking.
2- if both options can be cast and menu opens: 1st option in menu "pump non-attacker" cancels the spell and rejects mana to pool.
3- if both options can be cast and menu opens: 2nd option in menu "pump attacker" does what I describe in bug 1.
4- if both options can be cast and menu opens: 3nd option in menu "cancel"
you are prompt to "select target attacking creature" but if you select target attacking as asked it finds it illegal.If you target non-attacking it resolves doing nothing though.
