Describe the Bug:
Arcbond triggers and deal more damage sometimes.I have not figured out when.

I think what is happening is that instead of Arcbond doing damage to other creatures it is doing damage to all creatures. So it deals damage to itself and triggers the Arcbond again and keeps doing so until the affected creature is dead.
