[fixed/closed]Parallax Wave vs dash

AI had exiled with Parallax Wave my Alesha's Vanguard and my Orc Sureshot when Parallax Wave left from the battlefield(no more counters) and my creatures returned to the battlefield I was asked to pay
.I could cancel without causing any apparent problem.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Alesha's Vanguard? Dash mechanism? Parallax Wave?
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
I am not asked to pay anything the cards are not cast and have no extra cost for entering the battlefield.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
