Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
1- Shifting Loyalties has the same bug as Rite of Undoing = not letting you target opponent's permanent.(finds it illegal)
2- You can target permanent that don't share a card type.

2- the 2 targeted cards have to share a type.

This also affects Switcheroo, which used to work in previous versions.

Fixed Switcheroo in e16c3ca. (And let the human player choose two creatures controlled by the same player if he wants to waste the card, too.)

Fixed Shifting Loyalties's second target in 24b7629, and made it so the shared type at resolution doesn't have to be the same one shared at announcement. Making it legal (but useless) for the human to target the same player's two permanents with a shared type is more effort than I'm willing to expend at the moment.
