Describe the Bug:
Daghatar the Adamant transfer ability is not resolving.You target both creatures goes to stack but doesn't resolve.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Daghatar the Adamant the transfer of +1/+1 counters is made.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also mana cost to activate is wrong, is 2{B/G}{B/G} but should be 1{B/G}{B/G}.

There is to note that the transfer is not working on counter receiver creature without any +1/+1 counter, transferring counter between creatures with at least one +1/+1 counter do work
