[fixed/closed]Vulshok War Boar no artifact in play no sac.

1- Vulshok War Boar if you have no artifact in play and you cast it doesn't ask to sacrifice one and stays on battlefield.
2- Vulshok War Boar if you have an artifact in play and you cast it,it will ask/force you to sacrifice an artifact.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Vulshok War Boar
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Vulshok War Boar if you have no artifact in play and you cast it gets sacrificed immediately.
2- Vulshok War Boar if you have an artifact in play and you cast it,it will ask you to sacrifice an artifact and if you don't it will then get sacrificed or if you do then it will remain on the battlefield.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
