Describe the Bug:
Torrent Elemental can't be cast from exile

Which card did behave improperly ?
Torrent Elemental

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Torrent Elemental can be cast from exile

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Just to be clear, it's not "cast" from exile, but just put directly into play.

Correct, also might be doable with a RuleEngine click because Pull from Eternity is currently coded and is working fine

This is now looking for Torrent Elemental instead of Thoughtlace (!) so is at least closer to correct.

Rules Engine is associated with Torrent Elemental, but still can't be triggered to bring it back.

Again, the code seems fine, could someone re-check this?

For some reasons, it worked for me when opponent exiled my Torrent Elemental, but when I exiled it myself the Rule Engine disabled the option and I could no longer do it.
