Describe the Bug:
Steel Overseer does not give +1/+1 counters to artifact creatures you control.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Artifact creatures should get counters.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Excuse my ignorance guys but what is the .rar (e1m) file attachment? Does it fix the bug or something else? Again sorry for the reply to what is a thread that shouldn't be replied in but I really want to get a Ravfinity deck going and this guy is so powerful to it.
