Describe the Bug:
Hallow can't be cast.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Hallow can't be cast.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Hallow can be cast.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

There is also to note that debug casting it will put it directly into gy, no effect can be seen.

Although I will say that one time when I was testing I did get a damage prevention phase (but still couldn't cast it), but it was just one time and I have no idea why.
