[fixed/closed]Shaman of the Great Hunt no +1/+1 counters

When Shaman of the Great Hunt is in the bf, creatures owner don't get +1/+1 counter if they damage a player
Which card did behave improperly ?
Shaman of the Great Hunt
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Shaman of the Great Hunt is in the bf, creatures owner get +1/+1 counter if they damage a player
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Tested also with effect granted to creature that can damage players like Burning Anger to no avail.
Ferocious effect seems to work correctly.
