Describe the Bug:
When Argothian Wurm is cast, the caster is not given the chance to sac a land.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
ANY player should be able to sac a land.

Even with smart target off the game doesn't allow caster to sac a land.

Caster can now sac, but Argothian Wurm is returned to hand instead of to top of lib.
