Demonic Rising doesn't generate a token creature.

If player has only one creature in play, Demonic Rising should create a 5/5 Demon token at the beginning of the players end step.

confirmed in FR version, Demonic Rising orange trigger something at cleanup phase but nothing happen, tested also with no creature or 2 creatures with no avail.

Actually, it creates a 5/0 token creature.

Demonic Rising itself just makes a Demon. Maybe related to the mismatch between Demon's power/toughness in Manalink.csv and ct_all.csv; maybe related to the hackery in card_demon_token().
