Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Fruit of the First Tree do something at resolution
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

There is to note that on AI side a legacy effect appear while still doing nothing but not on player side.
