Describe the Bug:
- Sage's Reverie can be cast even if no creature is in bf
- Sage's Reverie trigger twice an error pop up on cast
- Sage's Reverie can't target creature and ask for target player
- Sage's Reverie stay on bf as a global enchantment and do nothing until the end of the game
