[fixed/close]Whispering Madness encoded card also has cipher

When Whispering Madness gets encoded on a creature and that creature deals combat damage the copy of the encoded card has also cipher and asks for a creature to be encoded.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Whispering Madness 's copy of the encoded card doesn't have cipher as no physical card exists you can't cipher it onto something else.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
