Marang River Prowler can't be cast with black permanent

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Marang River Prowler can be cast with black permanent

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Tested with Basal Thrull
It work with any green permanent though

Jeskai Runemark has the same color issue with white permanent too
