[fixed/closed]Orzhov Charm destroy ability is not working

Orzhov Charm when you choose ability to destroy opponents creatures they are found illegal targets and when you target your own it opens the menu to choose from your graveyard a cmc 1 cost card.
Which card did behave improperly ?
