[fixed/closed]Afiya Grove with no creatures in play = stuck

If human casts Afiya Grove with no creatures in play when it triggers then you get stuck and have to concede or end program.AI has no problem with this.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
10/4/2004 If there are any creatures on the battlefield, even if they are just your opponent's, you must put a +1/+1 on one of them. If there are no creatures on the battlefield, then no counter is removed from this card.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
