Describe the Bug:
Torrent of Souls you can't pay both no prompt on menu for it neither works if you tap both types of mana to cast it.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Torrent of Souls

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Torrent of Souls you can choose to pay for both and get both abilities.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Works fine for me in a clean game and your save is corrupted. I was given option of paying 4R, 4B, 3RB or cancel.

I found the problem,both option will be available in prompt if you have {U}

mana source available.I had only {B}

and

in my deck in contrast with your test deck with multicolour producing lands I guess.
