Eight-and-a-Half-Tails is not legendary.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Eight-and-a-Half-Tails

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It is legendary.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It just needs its call to check_legend_rule() pushed up above the check for IS_GAA_EVENT().
