[fixed]Magmaw AI activate with no sacrifice

In this scenario: AI attacked with Magmaw dealt me 4 damage and then in 2nd main AI cast Kozilek's Predator and while it was on stack AI paid
activated Magmaw 's ability but without sacrificing anything (at least visible)AI had only Lands on battlefield still dealt me 1 damage.Nothing was put to AI's graveyard either.
AI used it correctly other times.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Magmaw probably
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You have to pay sacrifice a non land permanent when activate ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
