[fixed/close]Balduvian Rage buffs crit even if not attacking

Balduvian Rage can be played on non attacking creature and it still gets buffed.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If it targets a non attacking creature the creature doesn't get pumped certainly.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

savegame not included as AI didn't cast it in the 4 loads I tried later.
