Describe the Bug:
Tooth of Chiss-Goria can only be cast during my main phases.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Tooth of Chiss-Goria.
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
FRF.
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It has flash.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly? Oh yes. That I've noticed? Nope.

Actually, now that I look a bit closer, it's solely a csv problem, so I can just fix it without trying to get Manalink compileable again. Fixed in 195edf4.
