[fixed/closed]Stitch Together no effect

Describe the Bug:
Stitch Together neither returns the targeted card to its owner's hand when there's 6 or less cards in its controller's graveyard, nor does it return the targeted card to the battlefield when there's 7 or more cards in that player's graveyard.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Stitch Together returns the targeted card to its owner's hand when there's 6 or less cards in its controller's graveyard and returns the targeted card to the battlefield when there's 7 or more cards in that player's graveyard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Exact same problem as Adun Oakenshield here. Fixed 245343e.
