Describe the Bug:
Neither of Unliving Psychopath's activated abilities can be activated.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Unliving Psychopath

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
BfZ, Duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Both of Unliving Psychopath's activated abilities can be activated.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed activateability, separate effect cards for each time it's pumped, being able to target creatures with the same power, and broken English in a57532d. There's no doubt more to go.

Trying to pump it causes a crash now.

Fixed the crash bug, charging mana twice, and tapping for the first ability in 9bdc0c7.
