Describe the Bug:
When a player's commander is countered via Declaration of Naught's activated ability, that player doesn't get to choose whether to return that commander to the command zone or not. Instead the countered spell is always put into its owner's graveyard.

The card's a collection of so many hacks it's a wonder it even sort of works at all. It's completely broken when the AI casts it, for example, and it can't be activated if it's been turned into a creature by something like Opalescence and there's an Angel of Jubilation on the bf. (And if you're wondering how Angel of Jubilation's ability could possibly be relevant, you're not the only one.) Not enough's here and working to bugfix; it needs a complete rewrite, so somebody else's problem.

Thanks for looking into the it! I know EDH mode functionality (or Manalink for that matter) doesn't exactly rank high on your priority list.

Declaration of Naught is already fixed in dev for all these problems.

This seems fixed.The prompt however when Declaration of Naught counters the commander says "Exile Commander" or "Decline". Instead of "Exile Commander" which is misleading use something like "return to commander zone".
