After Explosive Vegetation's controller has picked lands, there is no shuffling animation.
According to Future Sight, the cards are randomized, but according to Cosi's Trickster, no shuffling takes place.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
After Explosive Vegetation's controller has picked lands, that player's library is shuffled properly.
