AI had Chancellor of the Forge in the opening hand revealed it but I-the opponent got the goblin token.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Chancellor of the Forge token to owner,even to AI.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
