Creature spells' casting costs are reduced by 2 for both players.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/12/25: Battle For Zendikar,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Effect should only apply to Planar Gate's controller.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
