[fixed/clos]Aeon Chronicler no draw-counter removed uspended

I played Clockspinning with buyback and removed the last counter from Ancestral Vision targeted with it me and draw 3 cards.I palayed then Aeon Chronicler with suspend for 2 leaving a
mana to play Clockspinning to remove a counter from Aeon Chronicler the counter was removed but no card was drawn.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Clockspinning?Aeon Chronicler?
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Aeon Chronicler no matter how a counter is removed,ability triggers and draws a card.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
