[fixed/closed]Comet Storm no kicker if only 1 mana left.

I played Comet Storm using 5 as X and leaving
to pay kicker but I couldn't wasn't prompt to pay kicker.If I leave 
then I can pay kicker for 1.It needs

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Comet Storm can be kicked as many times as legal targets let you and as many mana you left for kicker.You don't need to have +1 mana from kicker/targets.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
