[fixed/closed]Pinion Feast bolster at wrong time

Describe the Bug:
I cast Pinion Feast on my Shivan Dragon but no prompt or counters were given to any of my other 2 creatures Terra Stomper and Dragonlord Attarka from bolster.Probably because they have both the same toughness 8/8?.If I destroy with it Dragonlord Attarka then bolster correctly gives the counters to Shivan Dragon which has less toughness.I know that other cards with bolster prompt me to choose when 2 or more creatures have same toughness.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Pinion Feast when 2 creatures have same toughness I am prompt to choose between them to give the counters.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bolster's fault; nothing to do specifically with Pinion Feast. Debug a Death Ward into your hand and a Plains onto the bf to see what's going on.

Fixed in 3a721a0 by making bolster() resolve damage cards and run damage prevention and regeneration steps before doing anything else.
