What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Tumble Magnet prompt is something like "tap target creature or artifact " or "select target creature or artifact".

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

"Select target artifact or creature.", rather; the proper prompt wording should always be identical to the card's rules text. Fixed in 6c5eea5.
